For fix issue with changing this charging filter ic you need to troubleshoot some steps first. Use original charger and battery and change USB charging base first.

Please use original charger then try these tricks.Change as shown this picture red marked 8 leg ic with new or good working condition. Remember always to work before about this issue first confirm that charging base or usb connector base supply volts to this 8 leg ic perfectly and connected with cell phone motherboard.

1. Check charger, battery connector.
2. Change charging base, USB connector.
3. Change 8 leg ic that are red marked in diagram above.
4. There are two ways for charging this cell phone 1- with usb cable 2- with charger pin if charger pin did not work you can use USB cable for charging.
