In this mode handset did not load software completely from flashing chip to cpu chip and text showing on screen Local mode / Test mode. Bsi (bios volts are major cause of this problem) missing from battery to resistance please make a jumper.

    Nokia cell phone use bsi line volts for long battery life.If bsi line missing or damaged then hand set created some problem like power on fail or insert sim or local mode. First test bsi (biose)line if missing on battery terminal then make jumper as picture shown. some time missing battery side and some time missing on connector bsi volts are only negative reverse volts. 

    NOTE:- If problem not solve don't worry clean with carbon tetra cleaner pcb carefully normal heat with hot air.At last change display or full flash with latest software.
